Borrowing liberally from the phenomenally successful bigger brother, the PB13-Ultra, SVS has brought new tuning modes, a new look and once again out did the only competition they typically have. Now with the brand new 800W DSP amplifier, STA-800D!
 
Now with high quality real black oak finish or the elegant Piano Gloss Black with large radius corners that neatly integrate with the signature wood and gloss finishes. Cap it with the astoundingly simple and attractive magnetic grill and you have a sub that's like nothing else on the market. 
 
New STA-800D DSP amplifier!
 
More power than any earlier SVS Plus subwoofers ever had – 800W of raw power! Better dynamics and control at loud volumes but the biggest difference from the previous BASH amplifier is its limiters. The limiters are so fine tuned that you will literally not hear when the subwoofer is at its limits.
 
With LCD display does the setup of the subwoofer to a joy and it gives the looks of the amplifier with a great exclusivity. Both RCA and XLR in- and outputs are onboard and an optional crossover selection on its outputs gives you the ability to make the perfect crossover network with your external amplifier and speakers. PEQ filter and room compensation is onboard as well. All digitally tuned.
 
New finishes 
 
Full veneer black oak and high gloss black. Computer designed and exclusively built to their exacting specifications, hand assembled and of course tested in their factory too. It's still as much art as audio speaker.  
 
The closely related PC-Plus cylinder sub remain the alternative form of this peak of price/performance in superlative music and move bass.
