Welcome to L-Sound and our new webpage.

We have now switched our webpage out for a new one with more functionality and that we feel is more user friendly, and we hope that you agree.

Some of the new functionality you will find in out new Customer Center. Are you missing a receipt, are you unsure if you have a back order with us, do you need the overview of all your purchases from us, do you need to track a shipment or do you need to register an RMA?

All this you can now do without having to ask us, even though we as always are standing by to help you with any question you may have, also those in regard to our new automated functions.

Products are now easier to find because there are now multiple paths leading to all our products. Either you can do as before and browse your way through the easy to understand menus, or if you feel like it, use the ‘search’ function to find the product you are looking for, or alternatively find them has alternatives or compatibles for the product you are looking at. We will still not insist upon that you have to buy a cable with every purchase, neither will we sell you any insurance. But that little reminder may make it a bit easier for you to remember to order a cable, if you need one.

The new webpage and the behind the scene, the new underlying systems will also make our everyday situation easier, and it will give us more time to do two things in particular: Give you even better service and a broader selection of products!
Service is one of the pillars underneath our business, and as it is now, the number of customers had outgrown our old system if we were to continue with the level of service we wish to provide. L-Sound is growing, and the new system gives us room to do so while providing, hopefully, even better service than before.

Our new webpage will over the following months grow, adding more information, articles, products and brands. Keep your eyes open.
