Our Concept  

Our mission is to provide our customers with the best audio products available, combine this with the best and most competent 24 / 7 service possible and make this so efficient that we can keep our prices as low as it can be done. We work hard to make a difference.

Our main priorities are:

• Competent, flexible and fast customer service
• Efficient and trouble free delivery
• Flexible and fast handling of warranty issues

We have a lean organization where effective IT systems and well-planned procedures in combination with large volume allow us to operate without the need for high margins. We don’t do big mark ups and equally big sale and rebates. First, this would cost us a lot of time to administrate. Second, we believe everyone should reap the benefit of the same low prices, and that you should never have to worry about whether you got the lowest price or not. The products that we offer, whether they are our exclusive or not, are the ones that we think are the best in its class.

We like to keep in touch with our customers through the entire process, before, during and after the purchase, and we welcome your feedback if there is anything you feel we could have done better.

Dealers
As we are starting to expand in sales and with more products to offer we are now doing dealers in Europe. We do not chose any dealers as we are obviously very sensitive to chose dealers who can serve our customers as good as L-Sound can. Trust us, we care about our end consumers still and we chose only professional and serious partnerships in dealers.
