Warranty and flexible service arrangements
SVS have 5 years warranty, Epik and Adcom products have 3 year warranty. For other products, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty.
Products from such as SVS and Epik are designed so you can easily replace components yourself. This means that we can send you replacement parts, instead of sending the complete product back and forth. So in the event of a failure of your product, it will usually only take a few days to get the error fixed.
If you have a problem with your product, please contact us (support@lsound.no) to identify the defective component. Once this is done we can dispatch a replacement spare part. We will of course help with instructions and quick answers to any questions you may have in connection with the replacement. Along with the new part you will receive a consignment note that you use to return the defective part to us.
Should you rather prefer to send the complete product back to us for service - please contact us at support@lsound.no and register the return by using the return function found here in the customer center. When sending the product back to us it is important that you use the original packaging or something of similar quality. We are not responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging.
IMPORTANT! Do not dismantle driver, amplifier or other components of your product without first obtaining instructions and permission from us. It can cause you to lose your warranty rights.
