Our shipments are insured, and until you sign the delivery papers we are the responsible party.
When you receive your new product from L-Sound, please check to ensure there is no damage. If you discover any damage after unpacking that may have been caused by transportation, we request you contact us immediately and if possible, provide a photo of the damage to L-Sound at support@lsound.no.
IMPORTANT! When you receive your product, you will be asked to sign for that the product is delivered to you in a perfect condition. It is very important that you check the box for any damages before you sign the papers. Remember, you are the responsible after signing the papers. If there are any damages on the box such as rips, dents etc, please ask the courier to wait while you are checking the product inside the box, before you sign the consignment note. Remember to comment any damages on the shipping papers, even if it is only the carton that is damaged. If you do not make a comment, we can't keep the transporter responsible for the damage.
